The 2015 IFTSA Election Results are in!

By: Jay Gilbert

It’s crazy to think that another year has almost passed, which means it’s already time to start thinking about next year! On March 18, 2015 the IFTSA elections came to a close, electing those who will represent IFTSA for the 2015-2016 year.  I would like to thank everyone who submitted their nomination to run for a position.  We are still conducting interviews for appointed positions and task forces and plan to announce these positions by mid-April.  If you would like to get more involved with IFTSA, there is still time! IFT and IFTSA is continuously looking for people to volunteer on various workgroups, task forces, or engage with IFT Sections and Divisions.  If you would like to get more involved, please reach out to Susan Hammons (hammonss@purdue.edu).

Thanks again to those who participated in this year’s elections.  I look forward to seeing everyone at IFT15. Be sure to stop by the Student Lounge and IFTSA Party!
