You may have heard of Malcolm Gladwell for his books, The Tipping Point or Blink, or perhaps for his frequent articles in The New Yorker and The Washington Post. Regardless of whether or not you have heard of him, you may be interested in watching his TED talk on spaghetti sauce.
This ingenious talk focuses on horizontal market segmentation and understanding consumers. He speaks of Howard Moskowitz’s discovery of the perfect Pepsis (plurality of perfection) and chunky spaghetti sauce, among numerous other food-related examples.
