September is Hunger Action Month-Plan your IFT Day of Service!

IFT Day of Service is an initiative to encourage sections and student clubs to give back to their communities during the month of September (or October for schools on the quarter system).  Mobilize your chapter members to volunteer at your local food bank or participate in other service activities, then take to social media to post pictures and broadcast how awesome your chapter is by using #IFTService.

We will be announcing which sections and clubs put forth the best effort at IFT15 in Chicago, IL.  So be sure to record the number of volunteers, time spent volunteering, pounds of food packaged/counted/etc, and any other information you would like to include and report back to IFTSA!

Science Meets Food

The IFT Student Association (IFTSA) is a forward-looking, student-governed community of IFT members. Through competitions, scholarships, networking, and leadership opportunities, you’ll set yourself apart from your classmates (unless they’re members too).
